ABOUT ME

Adam Therapist

Hello, I’m Adam.

Coming from a theatre background I have always had an awareness of the body and how it works. This lead me to discover my passion for massage therapies. I’ve been practising massage for over 11 years now and I’m a fully qualified Deep Tissue and Swedish Massage Therapist. I received my qualifications at the London School of Massage which is one of the best schools in the country. I have an ITEC Diploma in Anatomy, Physiology, Pathology & Body Massage and a level 3 in Swedish Massage and Deep Tissue Massage.

I’m based in near Tower Bridge, zone 1, in London and I work from home or mobile depending on arrangement. I’ve lived in London for many years and after struggling with stress, the most beneficial treatment that I found was massage. This has helped me so much in my personal life and I have gained so much joy being able to use these valuable skills and knowledge to help other people, especially as London can feel so stressful at times.

One of my main aims is to tailor every massage to the individual. Therefore, no massage will ever be the same as I offer a bespoke service that caters to your specific need.

This is your time to relax and let your body heal. So feel free to tell me if you'd like me to use a particular oil or play a particular style of music for you to listen to during your massage. Also, be sure to let me know of any areas of tightness and tension so we can make the treatment work for you and your needs.

Relax, unwind and let your body heal itself from the stresses of London life.

Swedish Massage

SWEDISH MASSAGE

This full body massage works on the soft tissue, releasing tension and gradually breaking up muscle "knots" or adhesions.
It also improves circulation as well as detoxifying the whole body.

Deep tissue

DEEP TISSUE MASSAGE

This works on the deeper layers of muscle tissue, tendons and fascia to release chronic muscle tension, soft tissue injuries and remove knots, aches and pains while increasing the range of motion around the joints.
